制作数拍清楚的 AI 舞蹈排练音乐实用流程指南

一个实用 workflow：用 BPM、8-count、count-in、accent 和 studio test，制作拍摄前可用的 AI dance rehearsal track。

编舞已经排好，但音乐让排练室更累。入口晚了半拍，fill 把 5 到 8 的 count 盖住，结尾也没有一个 clean stop。舞蹈排练不需要一首急着证明自己像成品 single 的 track。它需要能清楚数拍、提示动作，并给老师讲话留出空间的音乐。

用 studio speaker 播放 track，让 dancers 用 half energy 标记动作。他们不用看你就能找到 count 1 吗？你能在音乐上方讲话吗？bass 会不会盖住 footwork？final stop 对 camera 是否足够清楚？只要一个测试失败，就修改 prompt，不要让整个 room 记住一段混乱的 audio。

留下 usage note

记录 prompt、BPM、日期、使用地点，以及用途是 private rehearsal、video 还是 public performance。不要要求复制当前 hit 或某个 named artist。如果音乐从 studio practice 进入 paid class、video platform 或 public event，先检查 tool terms、platform rules 和 licensing context，再判断能否使用。
