用 constraint ladder 修好拥挤的 AI music prompt
一个实用 workflow：用 must-have、style shape、avoid list 和 listening test 来修改 AI music prompt。
问题常常出现在第三个版本。第一个 draft 接近目标，但太慢；第二个 energy 更好，却丢了 mood；到第三次，你把所有修正都塞进 prompt，结果反而更难预测。也许问题不是 generator，而是 prompt 没有 hierarchy。

用 constraint ladder，而不是 wish list
把 prompt 分成四层。第一层：一个不能改变的 must-have。第二层：描述 tempo、groove、section movement 或 lead sound 的 style shape。第三层：短 avoid list，只写你确实听到的问题。第四层：listening test，用来判断下一个 draft 是否成功。新的 idea 如果放不进一层，就先不要放进 prompt。
先写必须保留的东西
Must-have 不是十个 adjectives，而是一个 decision：quiet instrumental bed under narration、chorus-first pop hook、dark synth loop for a menu screen，或者 dry close vocal over sparse guitar。可以这样写：Keep this as a restrained mid-tempo instrumental bed for spoken narration。其他 instructions 都要服务这个 job。
让 style shape 不互相打架
Shape 是你想听到的 movement。实用 line 可以是：warm acoustic pop, 92 BPM feel, fingerpicked guitar in front, light percussion after the first chorus。不要同时要求 intimate 和 stadium-sized，除非说明各自在哪个 section 出现。想要 contrast，就写 verse close and dry, chorus wider with stacked harmony。
Avoid 是刹车，不是引擎
Exclude 或 avoid 在某个 failure 反复出现时很有用：no heavy drums、no rap vocal、no brass lead。但它不能替代 main direction。如果 prompt 写 upbeat pop，又禁止 drums、bright synths、vocals 和 chorus lift，你主要描述的是 track 不能是什么。保留两三个 boundaries 就够了。

- 删除不会改变听感的 repeated adjectives。
- 每个 avoid item 都写出来自 previous draft 的理由。

足够说明 job、style lane、movement 和 boundary 就可以。短而 compatible 的 instructions 往往比一大段同等权重的要求更容易测试。
一定要写 BPM 吗？
当 tempo 是问题核心时写，比如 dance、workout、rap 或 timed video edits。Ambient 或 ballad 有时只写 tempo feel 就够。
Tool 忽略某个 instruction 怎么办？
把它改写成某个 section 里能听到的 action，并删除竞争 wording。不要一次重写整个 prompt。
Constraint ladder 能保证 output 吗？
